We do not take a domain down over a first complaint: we first look into whether it has any grounds. We check the domain’s status at the registrar every hour and tell you right away if it changes.

Before payment, the name is checked against phishing and scam‑wallet lists: if there is a risk, we warn you before charging. A purchased domain is checked once an hour, and the status is shown on its card.
