Privacy and Personal Data Policy

1.1. To provide its services, the Service collects and processes the minimum necessary amount of information about the User, including:

• the Telegram account identifier (ID) and, if available, the username;
• the list and history of operations on purchased domains;
• identifiers of accounts with third-party services (for example, Cloudflare) that the User has linked;
• IP addresses of the servers and infrastructure to which the domains are delegated;
• payment information, including cryptocurrency wallet addresses when paying with digital assets.

1.2. The Service does not share the collected information with third parties, except as follows:

• where there is a lawful request from competent government authorities;
• transfer of technical data to the Registrar to the extent necessary for the registration of the domain;
• other cases expressly provided for by this Agreement or by the legislation currently in force.

1.3. The Service applies reasonable technical and organizational measures in order to protect the collected data from unauthorized access; however, the Service bears no liability for any compromise of the User’s account that occurs through the User’s own fault.

1.4. The User bears sole responsibility for the correctness and the accuracy of the information that the User provides, as well as for the security of their own Telegram account.

2.1. Upon receipt of an official request from law enforcement or other competent authorities, the Service undertakes to provide without delay the full scope of the information that it has at its disposal about the User, including the information listed in clause 1.1.

2.2. Data is transferred to competent authorities without the need to obtain additional consent of the User.

2.3. The Service notifies the User of the transfer of data, unless such notification is prohibited by law or by the content of the request itself. The Service bears no responsibility for the consequences of disclosing the information.

Your email address, and your name if you have provided it, are needed for access to the dashboard, receipts and notifications. Order and payment history is needed to fulfill our obligations and for accounting.

Technical data: your IP address, the type of browser and the pages you open. This data is needed to protect against password guessing and other abuse.

The site uses technical cookies and your browser’s local storage: they hold the cart and the dashboard session. Disabling them will make it impossible to place an order.
