Balance and payments
Account, top-ups, and what to do if the money did not arrive
@lumibp_bot has its own balance. Money from other Lumi bots does not move here by itself.
Account
- ID – your Telegram ID, support asks for it.
- Balance – money for purchases in this bot.
- Top up – add money to the balance.
- Refer & earn – your referral link: Referral program.
- Templates – a set of settings applied to a domain right after purchase.
- API – API keys and documentation.
- Language – Russian or English.
Top-up
- Amount – from $1 to $1000.
- Payment method – the list is in the bot, the set of methods changes.
- Pay – open the payment page. The invoice amount already includes the method fee, if there is one.
- Check payment – check the status manually. A payment is usually credited by itself.
- Not enough for an order – the bot offers to top up the missing amount, and the order continues by itself after payment.
If something is wrong
- Paid, but no money – wait 10–15 minutes and open the account again. Still nothing – write to @lumisup_robot with the payment ID from the invoice.
- Topped up the wrong bot – do not spend the money and write to support with the payment ID.
- The payment page does not open – choose another method. If your network blocks the page, open it through a VPN.
- Auto-renew – domains do not have it.
- Refund – write to support before using the service: product, reason, payment ID. Whether a refund is possible depends on the service.
What to attach to a request: Support.
